Council
Council is responsible for the management of the business, property, and assets of the Association. Council shall be vested with all powers possessed by the Association, insofar as such delegation of authority is not inconsistent with or repugnant to the laws of the State of New Hampshire, any other laws, as well as the Association’s Constitution and Bylaws.
