Any rooms booked after 10/1 are offered on a space available basis and charged at the prevailing rate at the time of booking.

We are pleased to offer our annual sponsor/exhibitor package for $600 that includes the following:
- One exhibitor table at the annual conference in October
- One complimentary conference registration (be sure to register for the conference using the code provided upon sponsorship)
- Recognition of support for NHASFAA during the conference
- Digital Website ad throughout the calendar year
- *NEW* Opportunity to host a one-hour webinar to the association with scheduling coordinated by the development and training committee.
Note: Do not register and pay the conference fee prior to sponsoring as you will receive the discount code after sponsoring that will waive the conference registration fee. Make your hotel reservations asap.

BYOB (Bring Your Own Bag) Sponsorship - $250 (Sponsor will provide NHASFAA with 75 bags which will be given to each conference registrant with the conference materials upon check-in.)
Note: All associate members that specifically represent a business organization that provides student financial assistance programs or services, are required to complete and submit a sponsor/exhibitor agreement to attend the annual conference. This requirement is established and enforced to protect the association’s sponsor/partner relationships.
